Richard H. Page
Willsboro – Richard H. Page, 89, of Willsboro, NY, died peacefully on March 28, 2022. He was born in Troy, NY to parents Noble and Edith, both of whom were born and raised in Hinesburg, VT.
A graduate of Lansingburgh High School, Union College, and University of Maryland, Dr. Page was Professor Emeritus in psychology at Skidmore College. After retiring from teaching in 1988, he pursued his scientific interests and enjoyed life on the shores of Lake Champlain, especially boating, fishing, and swimming. He also played piano, sometimes professionally. Since 1978, Richard had been studying the emergence of intelligence in the universe. It was his belief that fundamental particles and forces are similar to neural activities in living brains.
Richard is survived by his current wife Inna Page; three children from a former marriage including Douglas Page, Elaine Page, and Lawrence Page along with his wife Helen and their two children, Andrew and Sarah. Richard was predeceased by his brother John N. Page on September 1, 2015.
